Position: Advisory Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking talented Analysts to join the Advisory team. This versatile position supports a wide range of strategic activities, including strategic planning, M&A, and collaboration with the Investment Team to assess and execute investment opportunities in the Sub-Mekong region of Southeast Asia.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen investment opportunities for senior team members
- Develop and document transaction rationales, including the preparation and presentation of Information Memoranda and other materials
- Build financial models to support investment recommendations and execute transaction strategies
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, including peer benchmarking and market analysis
- Participate in marketing and fundraising activities, such as roadshows, internal training sessions, and meetings with prospective investors
Compulsory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s/MBA from a top-tier university
- 1-2 years of experience at a reputable firm is advantageous
- Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficient in developing financial models, including valuation, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing, to support investment decision-making
- Good understanding of financial accounting principles, corporate finance, and private equity strategies, with demonstrated experience in M&A transactions and deal structuring
- Skilled in preparing high-quality Information Memoranda, presentations, and reports for both internal stakeholders and external investors
- Able to conduct in-depth company and industry research, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and benchmarking against peers
- Familiar with tools and software for data analysis, financial modeling, and visualization (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of the real estate sector and its financial intricacies, including investment strategies and market dynamics, is advantageous
- Experienced in coordinating and supporting transactional activities, such as due diligence, negotiations, and investor roadshows
